The Indian Himalayas are one of the most powerful and spiritual places on the planet. And of course, they are the most famous and beautiful mountains in the world. It is the residence of the spiritual leader of Buddhism - Dalai Lama. The great Russian historian, artist and mystic Nikolai Roerich and his family lived here.
A journey where we combine science, philosophy and art so that you can realise your goal. We will use author's methods of exploring our SELF. The way to your goal is lying through the Himalayas!

We have taken care of comfortable accommodation and found cosy boutique hotels for you. These are trusted hotels that we have been working with for several years. Throughout the route you will find atmospheric hotels with great views. You can choose between double or single accommodation.
Nadi Valley
All trekking is quite easy and is accessible to people of all fitness levels. You don't need to carry anything except your personal belongings. There are comfortable campsites equipped with all necessary facilities along all treks.

Exploring the village. Visit to Dalai Lama temple and Kalachakra Buddhist temple.
16.00 We go to the Himalayan Sauna where we steam with eucalyptus and drink herbal tea. There we also do Soundhiling with Himalayan singing bowls
18:00 Mental practice at sunset.
19:00 Dinner in a cafe

Setting up the body, mind and soul for the coming Path

10:00 We go to the archaic forest, to the meditation centre Tushita. There under the shade of century-old Himalayan pines we talk and understand our true desires, formulate an honest and clear request.

18:00 Evening meditation at the Hindu temple of Shiva.
Overnight stay in tents at the mountain lake (no need to bring anything with you, everything is there).
